Steps:
1. hypd: google_ads_run_gaql — pull the change history filtered to Google-made / auto-applied changes.
2. For each change (esp. broad-match additions, budget bumps, new keywords), compare performance before vs after.
3. List which auto-apply settings are currently on and which are risky for this account type.
4. Return an Excel-ready table (Date | Change | Performance impact | Keep or revert) plus the opt-out list.
