How do you connect my ad accounts?

We use official Google and Meta API connections. Access is authenticated directly through Google and Meta's OAuth flow and fully encrypted — we never see or store your login credentials.

How is Google Analytics being used in HYPD?

We are requesting only read-only scopes for Google Analytics to retrieve data such as such as traffic, users, sessions, conversions, events, landing pages, channels, campaigns, and other performance metrics/dimensions available through the Google Analytics APIs

Do you make any changes to my accounts?

No. Read-only is our default — we retrieve data but never modify your accounts. We do offer an optional Agent Mode (currently in beta) that can take actions, but it has to be deliberately enabled, keeps a human in the loop for every action, and sets any new assets to draft status so nothing goes live without your approval.

Are my clients informed when I connect to Hypd?

No. Your clients (the ad account owners) receive no notification. Google and Meta send a standard email to your account address confirming that you've connected your user login to a new app — that's it.

Is it safe to connect my ad accounts?

Yes. Hypd is an official development partner of Google and Meta, and our app has been reviewed and approved by both — so your accounts stay protected.

Is my and my clients' data secure?

Yes. Hypd is built for information security and GDPR-compliant data privacy. Hard filters block any AI client from accessing PII, every client's data is stored in a secure, siloed infrastructure, and our agents are opted out of model training. All connections use the latest OAuth security standards.

What AI tools can I use with Hypd?

We recommend Claude or OpenAI's Codex, but Hypd works with any AI agent that supports remote MCPs (Model Context Protocol) — including OpenClaw, Hermes, Copilot Studio, n8n, and many more.
